Rooms boasting sea views offer a spectacular wake-up each morning, with a refreshing breeze flowing through. Cleanliness stands out, complemented by thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the mini-fridge for tea.
Parking near the property can get a bit tricky at night, especially with the app showing confusing times. Some rooms could use comfortable seating, and it would help if there were actual milk provided for tea instead of just creamer. The dining area has a casual vibe—plastic tablecloths make it a tad utilitarian, lacking the warmth of a more inviting space.

Amazing views right from our sea-facing room! The cozy atmosphere felt like home, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the full English. Just a bit of confusion with parking, but overall a fantastic stay! 😊

We had an amazing stay with the best breakfast spread we've ever seen and enjoyed the lovely beach access right next to the guest house. The kids loved hanging out on the sun terrace while we relaxed in the garden area. The only downside was our small side room, but next time we'll definitely book earlier for a sea view! 😊

would definitely stop here again
Amazing views from the sea-facing room. Super comfy with electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and fridge provided. Loved the full English breakfast, cooked to order, with great quality ingredients. The lovely breakfast room had huge windows for a fantastic ocean view. The place is right by the beach, perfect for evening strolls. Free wifi was included.

Seaview room provided stunning views, while the breakfasts were delightful with a great selection each morning. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. A slight downside was the need for an online pass for cheaper parking, and the shower room could use some updating. the digital TV signal was inconsistent, which detracted from our evening relaxation.

A sea view room offered stunning views and was well equipped. Hosts delivered exceptional service, making breakfast a highlight with delicious options. Parking can be tricky, especially with the limited spaces on the seafront. The en-suite shower could use updating as the shower room felt a bit neglected. Digital TV signal was inconsistent, detracting slightly from the overall experience.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We visited the Isle of Wight Zoo and the Cliff Lift, both were a blast. The location is spot on near the beach, and the friendly hosts made breakfast a treat, definitely don't skip it! Plus, the room was comfy with good facilities. Would totally recommend for a fun getaway.
Our only issue was that the standard room felt a bit cramped with our luggage, but we made it work since we were out exploring most of the time.
